"Rich or Poor"
It is believed that, The Richest man is one who has everything that makes life comfortable while The Poorest man is one who has evrything that makes life miserable...
It is also believed that, A Rich man's wealth is his power, respect and security while a Poor man's poverty is his undoing; voiceless, powerless and his future, colourless...
But is d true measure of riches and wealth by material possessions?
Definitly NOT! A wise man said "True riches is not d presence of cash but d absence of a poverty mentality while True poverty is not d absence of cash but d presence of a poverty mentality" and that is d Truth of Life!
Poverty is a disease of d mind of a man who lacks understanding, just as Wealth can becom d undoing of a man who lacks wisdom...
A wise man understands that wealth is vanity and vain glory is deceptive; therefore being rich, he understands dat there is nothing he has dat was not given to him by God and being poor, he understands dat there is nothing he does not have dat cannot be given to him by God...
There are 4 categories of people:
1. The Rich Rich: a man who has acquired wealth d 'right' way and yet knows dat his wealth cannot save him in d days of adversity and knows dat his wealth and its security is only from God, so he is a cheerful giver and a passionate God-Pleaser even if he looses all he has overnight.
2.The Rich Poor: a man who has notin else but money, his love of money makes him belive money is everything and his future is safe wit it,he will do anythin to secure it; his trust is in money, yet he believes in a God he will hardly please or serve in truth and spirit, and he only gives becos he has; to be praised or to opress.
3.The Poor Rich: he understands dat money is not everythin but only a servant and dat wealth is vanity; he is actively working, having a vision of a greater 2moro wit an understanding of his purpose, God's promises, and trusting only in God to make it; he knows prosperity is a gift of God and he is blessed to be a blessing and also knows dat his future is secured as long as he is pleasing to God; and yet he shares out of his little and his spirit, soul and body are at rest.
4.The Poor Poor: he has a poverty mentality, living a visionless life,he lacks understanding of his purpose and God's Word, believes dat money is everythin and wil do anythin to hav it and he wil rather take than share, becos he neva has, yet blaming evrybody for his predicament; to him, 'every' rich man is a wicked criminal and to him, life is cruel and God is partial.
