"The heart of man is desperately wicked..." but it was not so in d begining... God made man in His own image and if dat is true, den he was made with God's kind of heart and dat heart could not have been a wicked one; So...from where did man acquire dis wicked heart?
Its is said that whoever u obey, becomes ur master and u become d servant; and naturally, a servant wuld ultimately take after d works of his master; dis law is equally applicable spiritually.
Man and consequently all mankind took on d heart of d devil when man decided to obey and succum to d deception of d devil in d begining; man den became his slave and he became his master and d god of dis world and every human born into it.
Therefore, no suprise why all d imaginations of man's heart is always wickedness and rebellion against God's will...he is only reflecting d character of his master, d devil, whom he obeys...
No wonder every child is born with a nature of wickedness in him...he learns selfishness and greed without being taught...he definitly did not teach himself, and not becos he's just a child; but becos, though he had no phyical mentor, his spiritual mentor, d devil taught him...d spiritual will always control d physical..and dat is an undisputable Truth!
Yet, man's creator remains full of Grace and Mercy...Salvaged d soul of man with d blood of his blameless Son, with d only condition dat man accepts and believes in His Son; the only true way to eternal life; den man can receieve a new heart by d help of His HolySpirit who will abide in him...
Though a Change, begins with d 'Will' to change, but, the power to change is beyond man's natural will...he needs d help of a supernatural force.
Wickedness will always exist on d face of d earth but d righteous will always be delivered!
