Thoughts for Today - "The Mind!"

Defined as the faculty of consciousness and thought; the Mind is an invisible mystery machine which has the ability to drive a man's whole life...
The seat of his Will, Emotions and Intellect; the mind is what makes a man; yet, he is the controller of his mind...He may not be able to control what comes in, but he can always control what stays in...
The place of a man's mind cannot be overemphasized...A man who has lost his mind has no control over his mind and actions, and therefore, has lost his value both to himself and to his society..."Your mind is the driver of your life; how far it will take you is determined by how well you've trained it!"
A mind out of order is a life out of order; and a life out of order may be an indication of a mind out of order..."A life lacking proper direction is often a product of a mind lacking proper information!"
A child would behave the way he does often because of an undeveloped mind...The development of the mind is actually not time or age determined, but by productive use, proper training and the right experiences...Same reason why, if a new born baby is locked up in a room for 20 years, with access to nothing, no communications or interactions except food and any other means of sustaining life; 20 years later, the baby would have only grown up to be a 20-year old baby; physically looking 20 but mentally less than 1...
The ability to distinguish between rights and wrongs is dependent on the state of d mind and what or who actually controls the mind..."There is no much difference between a man whose mind is deformed and a man whose mind is mis-informed!"
Many do not really have a mind of their own, and are actually out of their minds unknowingly to them, because to them, they are as sane as can be...But, actually, when one's mind is only controlled by the actions of someone else, his environment or the popular opinions around him, and he decides what is right or wrong based on those alone; he is actually out of his mind unknowingly to him because what goes into and stays in his mind is not determined by him, though he may not be aware of that...The choice of what, how and when to speak, act or behave begins in the mind...Most of the wrong steps taken in life often began first with a wrong mind-set, then d wrong result...
God made man with d ability to control his own mind but also gave him the ability to choose to have his mind controlled only by God's instructions, which is the only guarantee of getting d right results always...The natural man in his natural mind can not comprehend spiritual matters but to as many who have 'willingly' received d Mind of Christ, they live a supernatural life with a proper understanding of spiritual matters...Its undisputable, that the spiritual controls the physical...
He said "As many as are led by d Spirit of God, they are the sons of God"...A Spirit-controlled mind always being developed by God's Word, is the best any man can have; because that mind would hardly go wrong...Its always a Choice! The Word or the World?..."If God's Word is the source of your mind's information, then your life is headed in God's direction!"
Again! "You are the control valve over your mind, you may not be able to control what goes in, but you can always control what stays in!"
